Where this works
| Device | Works? | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Windows 10 / 11 | Yes | Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Nothing to install. |
| Mac | Yes | Safari or any Chromium browser. |
| iPhone / iPad | Yes | Safari. Pick photos from the Photos picker; whatever iOS hands over is converted, and files that are already JPEG are skipped with a note. |
| Android | Yes | Chrome. Large batches are slower on older phones. |
| Linux / ChromeOS | Yes | Any browser with WebAssembly. |
The one requirement is WebAssembly, which Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge have all shipped since 2017. We test in Chrome and Edge. The others meet the same requirement, but we have not driven every one of them, so tell us if something misbehaves.
