— licences

Everything here, and where it came from.

These libraries, the code they bundle, and three typefaces are compiled into what this tool serves. Their licences ask for the copyright notice and the permission text to travel with the software, so both are printed on this page — the page is what gets served, and the bundler strips every licence header out of the code itself.

@pdf-lib/fontkit: Ships no licence file and carries no copyright line; its package.json declares MIT. It is a fork of Devon Govett’s fontkit.

The MIT licence

Applies to three, pdf-lib, @pdf-lib/fontkit, @pdf-lib/standard-fonts, qrcode-generator (both copies), and to pako jointly with the Zlib terms below.

Code bundled inside @pdf-lib/fontkit

fontkit ships pre-bundled, so these travel inside it rather than as packages of their own. Each is identified by a string only it emits in the built file; the bundler removes every licence header, which is why they are listed here. Their versions are not recoverable from a pre-bundled file, so none is given rather than guessed.

Typefaces

All three are self-hosted from this domain through Fontsource. No font CDN is used, so no request for a typeface leaves this origin.

Images and icons

There is no stock photography and no AI-generated image in this tool. Visuals are drawn in CSS or SVG in this repository, or rendered at runtime from geometry defined in it — with one exception: the social-network icons in the Classic editor are the trademarks of their owners, reproduced only to label a link to the account you enter.

Versions are read from the installed packages and checked against the built output, not from a changelog. If a library is added, removed or upgraded, this page is wrong until it is updated — scripts/verify-ssg.mjs fails the build if the set of bundled libraries stops matching the set listed here.
